Since more then 80 years the company Galactopharm researchs and devolops natural medicine and cosmetic care products from concentrated sourmilks. These sourmilks have the highest amount of natural dextrorotatory lactic acid. In 1918 the founder of Galactopharm, Heinrich Niermann, explored the natural healing power of sourmilk by bacterial and virus caused infection diseases, when he concentrated them and enriched them with dextrorotarotary lactic acid.
Whey, which will be produce by lactic acid bacteria through fermentation, will be called sourmilk. This expensive and costly production will be master today only by a few specialist. The whey, which is almost in the market, is sweet whey, which will be produce industrial through cattle-stomach lab ferments and is poor of lactic acid. Sourmilks are particular rich on lactic acid and therefore especially valuable and unique.
